You may ONLY add items to the order, subject to the same terms, once a reservation has been confirmed.
Not at this time. we do charge a delivery and pick up fee which depends on the location and items rented.
Yes. However, we do reserve the right to insist on delivery.
Please make sure chairs are stacked and tables are folded and ready for pickup.
If an item is damaged we reserve the right to charge 4X the rental fee to a card you provide us that we will keep on file. Please keep in mind that none of our rentals can be left outside overnight. They must be brought inside to prevent dew or rain damage.
We kindly ask that you have a plan for rain, our rentals need to be covered and protected from the elements.
Setup and breakdown services are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance.
